If you’re like me, you often find yourself waiting a few minutes after you’ve finished eating to take a look at what you’ve just consumed. This is especially true if you’re a fast eater and this is one of the first things you do after you’ve just eaten. I always buy the items I want, but if I have to wait, I’ll grab a quick bite of something before I decide what to do.
This is one of those moments where the world would be a better place if it had no waiting. It is not only rude and time consuming, but also bad for our diets.
I am always looking for quick alternatives to food because I don´t like to eat fast food. I also like fast food, but I don’t want to feel like I have to eat it all in one sitting. If you have found yourself in a similar situation, you can use the “sampling interval” to help you wait for a sandwich to be ready. It can be as simple as a few minutes, or as long as a couple of hours.
The idea of the sampling interval is to provide an interval between eating and eating (or getting something from the fridge) a certain amount. So if you plan to eat your food quickly, you can use the sampling interval to give yourself the time to eat. If you’re going to eat dinner quickly, on the other hand, then you can use the sampling interval to give yourself an extra few minutes to eat.
The first time I ever heard of the sampling interval was in a book called “How to Cook Everything.” I remember it being something like “I’ll have three eggs, one pepper, and two slices of bacon.” Then the author says, “Then I’ll have three eggs, one slice of bacon, and three eggs!” Of course, it’s probably just me.
As a blogger, it’s my job to use the sampling interval to give myself the time to eat. (My goal is to be able to eat a whole meal in four minutes or less, not to eat four meals in that time.) But it’s also the same with blogging. It’s not hard to get into a groove that works for you, but sometimes a change like that will save you a lot of time and stress.
There are some blogs that make it a point to create a sampling interval that lasts for more than four minutes. This blogger doesn’t do that. His goal is to be in the groove with his readers and make it as easy as possible. He doesn’t write a lot of posts in his sample interval, so it’s not like his readers are bored. This is because the sampling interval should be as easy as possible for the reader to digest.
The problem with a sample interval is that it is hard to keep the reader interested. The author needs to be able to keep the reader on his or her toes. If the author is not interested, the reader will keep turning the page back to the sample interval blog and not stop until he or she is satisfied. This can sometimes cause readers to leave the site and never return.
A new sample interval website, samplinginterval.com, was launched in October of 2009. This site allowed readers to take a sample of anything they liked and put it into a poll to see what percentage of the poll would vote for it. The idea was that if the sample was really popular, the author could go back to the original article and pick up where they left off.
