What we respond to
We read messages about:
- Tips and story ideas about products, apps, and services worth covering.
- Pitches from writers and PR contacts, including review units and briefings.
- Corrections where you believe we have got something wrong. Accuracy matters to us, and we will investigate and update the record where warranted.
- Partnership and advertising enquiries that respect our editorial independence.
What we don’t do
To protect our independence and our readers’ trust, we do not:
- Accept paid guest posts or sponsored articles disguised as editorial.
- Sell links, backlinks, or “do-follow” placements.
- Sell reviews, verdicts, scores, or spots in our buying guides.

Response expectations
We are a small team and read every message, but we cannot promise a personal reply to each one. We aim to respond to genuine tips, corrections, and partnership enquiries as soon as we reasonably can. Corrections are prioritised.
