It’s like an exercise in self-awareness. It’s a time when you choose to be quiet, unplug, and not think about the day’s issues. I try to spend a chunk of my day in a low-tech environment where I can create a quiet space where I can focus for a little while.
Its the same thing as when you go to bed at night. After you do your deep breathing and meditate, you should be able to just shut down your thoughts as they’re not serving your life purpose anymore.
The pebble quiet time is one of those times when I feel like I can actually relax and unwind, it just feels so nice. I try to do this for a few months at a time on a regular basis, but after a while, I have to get up and be productive again. The pebble quiet is one of those times when I feel like I’m actually doing something productive.
When you know that you are going to be in a certain place for a while, like a day or two at a time, you can also be more aware of the sounds around you. When you don’t know where you are going, you can just sit in silence and enjoy the sound of the wind or the sound of the water. When you know where you are going, you can even get out and walk on the beach or swim.
The pebble is what makes pebbles look like little things. With your head up and your toes firmly tapping against the rock, you can make a pebble noise that makes the stones look like they might turn into rock. This kind of pebble noise can be as much noise as noise that can be heard in your head. This is something that can be used to make a pebble noise in your head.
This is a good time to practice letting go of control of your surroundings, like the sound of the water, but also to practice mindfulness. When you’re in a state of mindfulness, your mind doesn’t wander. It’s still focused in on one thing, and that thing is actually the water or the beach or the pebble.
This is basically the same thing we tell our students to do in meditation. When your mind is really focused on a thing, it doesnt wander. And if youre practicing mindfulness, you’re practicing to stop wandering. You’re practicing to become more aware of things that you cant see, that dont exist, and that you havent actually experienced.
A lot of the time, you need to be conscious of your thoughts. When I meditate, I think its pretty cool, and I feel very peaceful. But the minute I start thinking about what I was thinking, or what I was doing, its like a movie I dont want to watch. It gets more boring, but I find it just so soothing. And in a way, I dont even realize what I was thinking, because I have to get back to my meditation.
The first time I was meditating, I was having a really hard time getting “quiet” after a really stressful day. I would lie on my back and just try to breathe in and out, with no thoughts in my head. But the minute I started thinking about what I was doing, or what I was thinking, it made my day not so easy. So, I started to meditate only when I was having a really stressful day, and that has helped me a lot.
I also like to think my head is a little clearer, because I tend to get more excited when I feel more calm and relaxed. I mean, I have so much energy that I have to concentrate on what I’m doing.
