For example, if you get up and go to the bathroom, you’re not going to pay attention to the fact that you’re doing something that you’re not going to pay attention to.
I’m not going to bore you with the details of how you can bring self-awareness into play in your daily life. Just know that it’s a skill that you can learn. As you practice it, you’ll find that your subconscious mind is constantly trying to tell you things that you shouldn’t be doing. You can also try going to the bathroom with a specific purpose in mind.
Because when you go to the bathroom and watch the bathroom, youll find yourself sitting on top of the toilette, thinking and talking about what you do. When you take your time to relax youll find that youre doing something that you dont have to do right now.
