If you are already on a Ketogenic Diet, you’ll notice something: You might not be eating as much as you were before. In fact, you might not even be eating at all. The ketogenic diet is the most energy-efficient diet in the world, and it’s also one of the easiest diets to follow if you’re new to it. You can’t even go wrong if you do all the right things.
If I didnt say so myself, you would be wondering what would happen to your metabolic rate. It is the average amount of calories you eat per day, and the most efficient way to burn them. If you are on a keto diet, it is going to slow your metabolism down, so the calories in your diet will be less than the calories you burn. This is because the body will be burning fat instead of carbs. I know it seems counter intuitive, but it works.
It’s not the calories or fat that you’re burning. It’s the carbs. The body can’t burn fat as fuel, so it will store it as fat. So instead of burning your extra fat, you get more energy. Not only that, the keto diet also allows you to eat more of the protein in food, like chicken and fish, which are still carbohydrate-rich, but will give you some of your body’s own fat for energy.
Ketosis is the state in which your body is using ketones as your primary source of energy. In the case of a vegetarian diet, the body will be using a small amount of protein as fuel. But since this diet is more low carb than the normal keto diet, it will allow you to eat more protein.
The keto diet is quite similar to the keto pump. In ketosis, you will only be eating certain foods. You will not be eating any fat. You will not be exercising. You will not be fasting. It is very similar to the way a person who is in a hypoglycemic state will be eating protein shakes (high in carbohydrates and low in fat) and drinking sports drinks. This is what is called the ketogenic state.
The ketogenic diet has been shown to work in different ways. In the main study, it was shown that it lowered blood sugar and insulin levels, which allowed weight loss. It also increased the brain’s ability to convert carbohydrates to fat, which in turn helps with weight loss.

I am a big fan of ketogenic diet. I used to eat it on a diet of no carbs because I could lose weight by eating fat. But I can’t because I don’t like fat.
