We need to be aware of what we are doing and what we are up to. We need to be present. We need to be aware and aware of what we are doing. We need to be aware of all the possibilities.
As a creative individual, I like to think of myself as a multi-tasker. I like to find time to write, create, and do other things without stressing about it all. But when I’m stressed out about a project, something gets in the way. When I’m all stressed out about things, I forget to take care of myself.
One of my favorite ways to remember to be present is by using my phone. I keep my phone in my backpack, and when I am stressed out, I pull out my phone, open the app, and take a few minutes to get things done.
This is a pretty good example of how I use my phone, and how it helps me forget about things. It reminds me to be present and not to get all stressed out about an important task. I also think it helps me be more productive because when I am not stressing out about something, I can check my phone, read my email, and focus.

Or we can go on a binge and do something we haven’t really planned. We can watch a movie we’ve been meaning to go see for months and start watching it again.
