I am a member of the self-awareness club. I really like the word “self-aware.” I think it is a valuable word and deserves its own definition. I think self-aware is self-learning. It means that you are self-aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and are able to control your behavior.
I think the term self-aware is a bit of a misnomer and should be avoided at all costs. What does it mean? It is usually used in reference to people who are conscious of their own thoughts. For example, if you are self-aware of the fact that you are typing at the same time that you are typing on your keyboard, so long as you don’t think about it, you are self-aware.
So we have a bunch of posts right now about how we learn to do things like: Write down what we are doing and what we think we do, and when we are done, we can do something else. It’s like we have to read over a bunch of text and decide what we think is the best fit. But we don’t always think about it, so we are self-aware and have to learn it.
The same thing goes for video games. If you watch a game, you are on autopilot. So if you are watching a video game, you are on autopilot. But I think the point is that you dont have to be aware of it, just as you dont have to think about it, so you can be aware of it.
Ok, good points. I guess that is an aspect of consciousness that is often ignored. I think of it more as the ability to learn without having to think about it. We can see the same thing in the way that our consciousness is often able to learn without thinking about it, like how we can learn to play guitar without having to think about it first. The point is that we are not always aware of our consciousness, so we can learn to play guitar without thinking about it first.
That’s not so much a conscious thing. It’s a conscious thing that we are aware of. But the point is that we can’t even be aware of it. That’s how we can learn to play guitar without thinking about it first.
What if we don’t have to think about it? That’s what a lot of people worry about when they think about consciousness and how it can be difficult to learn. You can play a guitar or learn a language or write a book, all of these things you can do without thinking about it. But we are not always aware of what we are doing, and our consciousness needs to be aware that we are doing it.
This is where the whole topic of consciousness comes in because if you are not aware of what you are doing, then it’s very difficult for you to develop the consciousness required to play or write or learn anything. The only way to develop self awareness and consciousness is by being aware of yourself doing something.
So if you are aware of what you are doing, you are conscious of yourself, and in that you develop self awareness. The next step is to figure out what you are doing. So the last thing you can do is stop you are doing. And the only way to stop yourself is to cease.
So, the next time you are having a bad day, your first step should be to stop. Stop what you’re doing, stop what you’re going to do. And the best way to stop is to stop yourself.
