Corrections Policy

How we handle errors — promptly, visibly, and on the record.

We aim to be accurate, and when we fall short we fix it in the open.

How to report an error

If you spot a factual error — an out-of-date price, a wrong specification, a broken feature claim — email [email protected] with the review URL and what you believe is wrong. We read every message.

What we do

  • Verify. We check the claim against primary sources.
  • Fix promptly. Confirmed errors are corrected as quickly as we can.
  • Be transparent. For substantive corrections — anything that changes the meaning or a conclusion — we note what changed. Minor typo fixes are made silently.
  • Re-date. Because technology changes, we update a review’s date when we revise it for pricing or major feature changes.

Why this matters

A review is only useful if you can trust it, and part of trust is knowing that mistakes get corrected rather than buried. Our full standards are in our editorial policy.
