Tell me now is a game that I’ve been playing since I was a teen. It’s a really simple game, but I’ve always loved telling stories about them. I can tell you how I got the idea for it and even how I convinced my sister to start playing it with me. I also have a great video of me playing it on my channel that you can check out if you need a laugh.
Tell me now is the game that I was introduced to by my friend and fellow gamer, Alex, who is also the voice of a character in the trailer.
If you’re still not convinced that Tell me now is the game you should play, then go check out the trailer to see if you agree.
I would have to say that Tell me now doesn’t have the wow factor you would expect from a game like that, especially since the game is so short. It’s also definitely not as immersive as some of the other games we’ve seen from Arkane Studios, like the first Deathknight or the first Bloodlines. But that’s sort of the point. The trailer is only really about about four minutes long, and even that is a bit short.
Tell me now does have the story that you would expect- a party of amnesiacs on a beach, trying to find their missing missing selves. So you are in a party of amnesiacs trying to find their missing selves. Thats pretty much it. Thats a pretty standard gameplay mechanic. Tell me now is a bit too short for the story.
Arkane Studios, like Telltale Games, have not been shy about releasing teaser trailers that tell us a bit about what its games are about, especially on the front page of this website. Telltale Games usually has their first teaser trailer for a game on the front page of their site. It’s a great way to get the fans excited. Tell me now is a bit too me and amnesiac-y, although you’d be wrong to think that.
