These are the three levels of self-awareness. It’s a great idea to consider your self-aware. You don’t need to look for yourself, you don’t need to be concerned about your own safety. When we look at ourselves, we need to be concerned, so we can do things that are more important than our own lives.
We could say, if we looked at ourselves, we would not be quite so self-aware. The truth is we do not need to be looking for ourselves, we don’t need to be worried about our safety, and we don’t need to care about our own lives. But we do need to be aware of how we are doing things, so that we can do things that are more important than our own lives.
Well, it’s a bit of a stretch, but think about the following scenarios: A) You go to a party at your best friend’s house. You have a few drinks, and your friend starts to have some, too. You notice that he has a slight erection. You are just about to say something, but are unable to think of anything that is appropriate.
Sometimes we can’t control ourselves because we are in a situation that we don’t understand or are not even aware is a situation. That is, we can’t understand or realize that our bodies are doing something that we don’t want to be doing, or that it might be hurting us. So we don’t think about it. We just keep going.
No matter how good a person’s tracking skills are, they still have a certain amount of the “we dont want to stop” part of themselves. If something is hurting you, you might not be able to stop yourself. If you are doing something that you dont want to do, you might be too afraid to do it. The best way to work on this is through self-awareness. The way to self-awareness is by doing things that you enjoy.
In a previous post, we mentioned a certain track called The Loop, which uses an algorithm that allows you to walk through a room in a loop. A lot of people use this as a means of tracking what they are looking for. A great example of this might be a person who is looking for a certain item in a store. They might use The Loop to walk through a store looking for this item.
To self-awareness is to be aware of the things you are doing and who is doing them. In other words, you know that you are looking for a certain item in a store, you know that you are using The Loop to walk through the store, you know that you are looking for that item in the store, you know that someone is doing something that you find interesting. In other words, you are aware of your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions.
