Susan Schulz is an author, mindfulness teacher, and the creator of The Mindful Girl.
Susan is a self-proclaimed “Mindful Girl,” and I mean that in the best possible way. She’s an author and mindfulness teacher who has become known for her book, “The Mindful Girl’s Guide to Mindfulness,” which has gone through ten printings and has been re-released with a new title.
Susan’s book was first published in 2009, and while it was pretty popular at the time of its release it still hasn’t had a ton of traffic. Now I think that because of this, she decided to create another book, and this one is even better. It’s called The Mindful Girl’s Guide to Mindfulness 2, and it’s a sequel to the first book.
Susans new book is available for pre-order on her website (susan-bundock.com) and if you’re looking for a good book to help you to be more aware, this is a good one. She also posts a monthly podcast called Mindful Girl, which is all about mindfulness and how to apply it in your everyday life. The podcast, which is available on the website below, is jam-packed with great information.
Susans book comes with an amazing, fully annotated PDF manual with step-by-step instructions on how to use it. It’s really quite good, with really good advice on everything from meditation to the best exercises to do to improve your focus.

I have read a lot of books on mindfulness, but this one really stood out to me, and it’s not just because of the title. It’s because of the way that the book is written. The reason that I think it really works is that it’s a very practical guide to being mindful. It’s not just something that you sit down and think about, it’s something that is easy to do. For me, it’s a good tool to have in my tool box.
