I am a huge fan of Joe Rogan’s podcast, So You Think You Can Dance. I have become a big fan after seeing his “Why I Cook” series after he started doing the podcast, which is one of my favorite shows ever. The series is definitely worth checking out. It’s one of the funniest things on television, and you won’t be able to stop laughing even if you just listen to the first episode.
One of the most entertaining parts about the Joe Rogan podcast is listening to him talk about his obsession with food and cooking. You can see him at work with a cooking show here and here, and you’ll find him at the top of the food world with his latest book, Eat, Pray, Love. The book is the result of a series of articles written while Rogan was working at the New York Times. The project was a mixture of his food writing, his food photography, and his food reporting, and the book is all of these things combined.
People talk a lot about the food they like, but the rest of their life is food, too. I can tell you from personal experience that it’s easy to eat too much, and easy to fall into a rut that you don’t even know you have. And if you go through a time of eating and not eating, it’s easy to think you’re stuck in a perpetual “treat yo self” cycle.
The book is not just about rogan the chef, but all of the people who write about food and eat it, from food writers to food photographers to food journalists. It’s not a book about you, or about food in general, but about the people who write about food and eat it.
rogan is definitely a storyteller, but he’s not just a writer, he’s a performer. If you’ve ever watched his videos, you’ll know he has a way with words, which I think has a lot to do with his ability to write, or read, all over the world.
He’s a performer in the sense that he just takes people along for the ride, and he’s a writer in the sense that he creates words to describe food, and then he makes those words perform in that particular medium. He’s not really a chef, he’s a performer. he writes all of his own food shows, and then he just performs in them.
I saw his first show in college, and I was really blown away by what he could do with just a microphone and a camera. He’s really talented, and he has a lot of talent. I think hes really going to become one of the top video directors in the world.
