I have a customer service rep that is very good at his job and extremely nice to work with. His knowledge and experience are second to none. I recommend you get a support rep as well if you can, so you dont have to deal with the same things over and over.
Dell’s latest G5 laptop is the latest in what is a pretty huge upgrade from its G3 predecessor. The G5 is a bit lighter and quicker than its predecessor (although the G5 has a larger screen), a new processor, and the addition of a quad-core Intel Celeron M processor. The G5’s display is also a bit better than the original G3 (although it does come with a slower keyboard).
