I love the term a7c because it is a great way to define the different levels of self-awareness we have. On one end is the a7c, which is the highest level of self-awareness. We can learn to look back, and see that weve hurt ourselves in a myriad of ways, even if we dont know it at the moment. It may take some time to get to the bottom of it, and it may not be pretty. But once we do, we have to take action (and learn to do so again and again).
