I have no idea what 843*3 is, but I like it. I love reading about other people’s mentalities. It seems a lot of people are interested in this subject, and it seems it can be a bit overwhelming. But 843*3 is actually the most basic mental approach to the topic. It is the mental approach that is best for most people.
The problem with mental approaches is that you can’t really do anything about it. It just goes on and on and on and on. But in the spirit of the time, I thought I’d share my self-awareness for the most basic approach. It’s called 8433.

Not only is it about five minutes of self-awareness per day, but it’s about ten minutes per night. So it’s about ten minutes for a person who has the brain that’s wired for self-awareness.
If you want to learn about how to be more self-aware, then read a lot of books. I recommend the book by Dr. Roger Poldrack. It explains that we can learn to do things without thinking about them. But then that takes away a lot of the fun of it. It also explains that self-awareness means being aware of your actions.
I don’t have a problem with anyone setting up to try to get us drunk and lose our minds, but I do have a problem with people who set up a time loop to get us to not think about things. It’s like a time loop. If you want to learn how to stop time looping, then read a lot of books. I recommend the book by Dr. Roger Poldrack. I get that. I just think all too often that we’re in this time loop because we’re not aware of how we’re acting. There are two possible solutions for that: Use your conscious mind (that’s what I’ll talk about in the next section) or just stop acting. Either one is the first step in achieving self-awareness.
The second solution is to stop acting. I know that sounds kind of drastic. I mean, no one is really going to stop doing something. But I also know that there are a lot of people who have been doing the same things for decades and still are doing them. If you do something for a long time, then you don’t know what’s going to happen next, so you might as well forget about it.
I think the problem here is that we are constantly in a state of acting. No matter what we do, we act. We react to life events, we make plans, we commit to actions. We are always engaging in some form of acting. What we don’t realize is that we are, in fact, the product of a process called “self-awareness.” Self-awareness is the part of us that knows if our actions are beneficial or harmful.
